This promotion is organised by Down Under Stay, located at 18A Norton St, Kingsford NSW 2032 (“the Promoter”).
The promotion runs from 29th of October to 30th of November. Only Google reviews submitted within this period will be eligible for entry.
The promotion is open to guests who are currently residing in one of the participating Down Under Stay properties or who have previously stayed in one of DUS properties.
Not all houses are included in this campaign - only selected properties will participate:
Entrants must be 18 years or older and legally residing in Australia at the time of the draw.
If a selected winner is not residing in Australia, a new draw will be conducted to select another eligible winner.
Employees of Down Under Stay, their immediate families, and suppliers are not eligible to participate.
To enter, guests must leave a public and genuine Google review of their stay at a participating Down Under Stay property during the promotion period.
Reviews must comply with Google’s community guidelines and may not contain offensive or inappropriate language.
Each person is limited to one valid entry.
One (1) winner will receive two (2) movie tickets with an approximate total value of AUD $100. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
The winner will be selected via random draw on 1st of December, using a verified digital random draw tool such as Comment Picker or Wheel of Names.
The draw will be conducted under supervision by a Down Under Stay representative in Sydney, NSW.
The winner will be announced on 1st of December via Down Under Stay’s Instagram page and/or email notification.
The winner will be notified by email or direct message.
The prize must be claimed within 7 days of the announcement.
If the winner does not claim their prize within this period, another winner may be drawn.
By entering, participants agree that Down Under Stay may publish their first name and the initial of their last name on its social media channels or website for the purpose of announcing the winner.
Down Under Stay is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries.
This promotion is governed by the laws of New South Wales, and any disputes will be handled under NSW jurisdiction.
